Returns Policy
Items purchased in the context of a sale are ineligible for return or exchange. If you have questions about styles, sizing, or anything else, please email shop@akidbrand.com - we're here to help! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any full-priced item for store credit only [excludes sale items, all sales final] - no refunds, no direct exchanges. Items need to be returned for store credit within 45 calendar days of receipt of the package. Shipping, taxes/duties fees are non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed for store credit. We will notify you via email once this has been processed.
All items returned must be in original packaging with original inserts, tags attached and with no signs of use within 45 Days.
* You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is a result of our error.
* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from your store credit.
* We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees on drop ship items. Note that some of these oversized drop ship items are not returnable. Please contact our customer service department at shop@akidbrand.com for more information on these items.
