Holiday Return Policy 

Orders placed within the 48 contiguous United States, between November 23, 2015 through December 6, 2015, 11:59 PM EST may take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. We will gladly accept any return or exchange (unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags) postmarked up to 45 days.  Shipping charges are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or item(s) sent are found defective.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or you want to exchange your item, you may request and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for store credit. Items need to be returned within 30 calendars of receipt of the package. Shipping, taxes/dutes fees are non-refunabale. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

All items returned must be in original packaging with original inserts, tags attached and with no signs of use within 30 Days  

* You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is a result of our error.

* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.

* We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees on drop ship items. Note that some of these oversized drop ship items are not returnable. Please contact our customer service department at for more information on these items.


To return an item(s), please email our customer service department at for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number, name, address and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once you receive an authorization number, you can send your order to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We'll send you an e-mail when your return is processed, and you'll see a credit to your card within one billing cycle. If you're returning a gift or sale merchandise, we'll send you a merchandise credit via e-mail.
